What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, Vat/Company No. etc. We can also see the files you upload to the designer tool.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
To process transactions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
To send periodic and follow up emails
The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
All supplied sensitive/credit information is NOT entered on our website. It is entered on a secure website of our approved Payment gateway provider and is only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
Unfortunately is most cases there are no industry standard options for disabling cookies without completely disabling the functionality and features they add to this site. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority that has jurisdiction over issues related to the General Data Protection Regulation. We require only the information that is reasonably required to enter into a contract with you. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We recognize that you have a right to privacy, and we will not give or sell anyone specific information about you or any orders you have placed through the this website except that: (i) We may share information about you or an order that you have placed with a relevant Institution in order to allow such Institution to review the use of the Licensed Marks as necessary; (ii) We may provide information about you and your order to our subcontractors; and (iii) We may share information about you with our marketing partners and affiliates for purposes of marketing. While this information may be used by us for marketing purposes, it is never shared or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Together with our hosting and payment partners we use the highest level of security and encryption methods available to process your payments. We never store your card information. This means that your payment details are as secure as they possibly can be when you make a payment with us. We also strictly adhere to best practices of data protection and PCI compliance.0
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is free for all orders within the UK / IRELAND.
For orders within the UK / IRELAND, your order should be delivered to you in in 20 business days or less from the day followinf the date on which we have received your payment. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for standard orders and it is your understanding that it may sometimes take longer to deliver your goods. We will do our best to inform you of any such situation but this may not be always possible.
In reality we aim to dispatch your finished blinds a few days after your order has been placed so that you receive it as soon as possible.
If your order requires delivery in less than 15 business days, we also offer an express option that guarantees delivery to you in 15 business days or less. Express delivery is available at an additional £50 / €50 per blind.
Cancelations and Changes
Due to the bespoke nature of Printed Blinds, cancelations must be made by email within 24 hours of your original order. 25% cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations made after 24 hours may be charged in full if printing has commenced.
Returns & Replacements
We go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, we accept returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by our Printed Blinds for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank blind mechanisms themselves are materially flawed; (b) the product has been damaged or lost in transport. (c) there are quality issues with the goods but not related to colour or artistic interpretation.
Any problems with the products must be reported within 3 days of delivery. In order to obtain a refund, the products must be sent back to us at your cost. Case dependant, we may sometimes reimburse you or offer you a credit note for all or only part of postage fees but this in entirely at our discretion.
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Print Quality based returns
Your computer screen uses millions of colours to display the designs while printing machines mix only a few inks to achieve different shades, therefore the colours represented on the screen may not reflect exact print output. While we will do our very best to ensure color accuracy you are under the understanding and agreeing that the colours on your monitor are only a close representation of the final printed material and that the same document may present colour variations when printed on different types of material and that colour variations may also be present if your document is printed on the same material but on different dates.
Colour variation between your monitor and the final product and/or artistic interpretation may not qualify for quality based refund.
The basket weave nature of the fabrics may cause occasional banding (lighter stripes). For quality purposes we implement an industry standard method of a 4m test distance. Once the print is satisfactory from that distance it is considered approved and may not qualify for quality based refund.
Online proofs may represent discrepancies related to pixilation, blurs, shadows and effects. These may vary depending on the browser you are using. Our print experts will match those effects as close as possible to the designer tool representation to achieve the best possible outcome.
All our prices include VAT. Vat rate will be shown in your shopping cart and order summary.
We offer several payment options: Cheque, Paypal and Credit/Debit/Laser card Payments. We do not store any of your credit/debit/laser card details. All Credit/Debit/Laser card payments are processed securely by two companies: ELAVON and REALEX PAYMENTS.
While we are able to cancel transactions, we do not have access to any of your credit/debit/laser card details. We accept cheques, however we will only ship the goods once cheques have cleared.
You must ensure that you have the right to reproduce the images and logos you are using in the online designer tool. As our system is fully automated, where the order generated coming from the internet goes straight to the printers, there is a possibility that we will not be able to inspect the design for obvious copyright breaches, therefore we cannot be held liable for any breach of copyright law and it is the customer's sole obligation to obtain such rights before placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse reproduction of any image for any reason (including inappropriate content or images depicting any kind of abuse or discrimination or obvious copyright breaches). We will report all offensive images that come to our attention to the authorities.
As when you buy a car, there is usually a nice shiny badge in the bonnet representing the car brand, we print only a tiny logo on the bottom part of the blind, not larger than 15mm hight and 70mm wide.
